ComplyCal operates on a subscription-based model. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, as our service provides immediate access to all features upon payment. However, you have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

This policy exists because:

  • Our service delivers value from day one with compliance templates, automation, and team collaboration tools
  • We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees or commitments
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty

Subscription Cancellation

While we don't offer refunds, you have complete flexibility to manage your subscription:

Cancel Anytime, No Questions Asked

  • Cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your ComplyCal account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation

Billing Periods

ComplyCal offers flexible billing options:

Monthly Billing

Billed monthly. Cancel anytime and no further charges will occur after your current period ends.

Annual Billing

Billed annually with savings. Access continues for the full year even if you cancel early. No pro-rated refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional situations may arise:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately
  • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for an extended period due to technical failures on our end, we may offer credits or refunds at our discretion
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you believe there was unauthorized access to your account resulting in charges, please contact us immediately

  • Upgrade to a paid plan only when you're confident in the value we provide
  • No credit card required for the free plan

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through our payment partners:

  • Paddle: Our primary payment processor for global payments, handling all taxation and compliance
  • Stripe: Alternative payment processor with industry-standard security

If you have billing questions or need to dispute a charge, you can also contact our payment processors directly through their respective platforms.
